School Profile

Treffos School was established in 1983 and it remains Anglesey's only independent school. The School and Nursery are set in several acres of their own grounds with plenty of woodland for nature walks, "storytime in the woods" and play. The Nursery operates all year round 8am to 6pm. Treffos is a short distance from the university city of Bangor (5 miles) and the Snowdonia National Park providing the perfect location young children to develop and grow. Our mission is to provide a centre of educational excellence offering a safe and supportive learning environment with a strong sense of community, resulting in happy, motivated, confident children who have a love of learning and who are well equipped for their educational future.
