For over a decade, The Balance Partnership has been assisting schools in the evaluation of their Catering Services. We evaluate not only Service Standards but more importantly where savings can be made. We ensure that costs, fees and services provided are fair and substantial at every level, on behalf of our clients. A question we are often asked is 'is it possible for a contractor or an inhouse service to question its own performance on an unbiased basis?'
Our initial exploratory "evaluation" is provided free of charge. Our feedback will ensure that key areas such as costs and service improvements are provided impartially!
