Established in 1994, CCDC has grown from its first school in Singapore to become a network of 39 centres in 7 countries distributed throughout the region.

CCDC is in the Philippines. Under the new management of Cambridge Children's Learning and Development Holdings, Inc., CCDC has centres operating in 9 prime locations in the country. CCDC plans to be the standard of early childhood education provider in the country and the single biggest international preschool franchise within 3 years.
