St Michael's is a co-educational Anglican primary Day School situated in the centre of Christchurch. The School provides an education for Year Zero to Year Eight with one class at each level. The School aims to provide educational experiences which will develop the spiritual, intellectual, cultural and physical needs of each child in a well balanced programme.
The religious life of the School pervades the whole programme and children are helped towards an appreciation of sound moral and spiritual values. The School maintains a close relationship with its Parish Church of St Michael and All Angels, which follows an Anglo Catholic tradition.
