School Profile

Montessori School of the Arts is a carefully structured, toddler sized environment set up to facilitate the young child's self-mastery. Age appropriate materials and activities are designed for the toddler's self-development, growing independence and natural curiosity. Children are skillfully and closely guided in the learning process.

Our dedicated and knowledgeable teachers are well educated in child development and create learning opportunities where the child may engage all of her/his senses to investigate the environment. The activities are designed to improve children's abilities to concentrate, enhance coordination and self-care skills. During this sensitive learning period, teachers facilitate and support the child's emerging use of language and sense of social responsibility.
