BMSO is a bilingual elementary and middle school immersed in an English environment. The curriculum in the kindergarten section is Montessori based. The structured Montessori method offers activities to children according to their own interests, and allows them to progress through their exercises according to their individual levels of development.

The primary is made up of two classes (1st grade/2nd grade and 3rd grade through 5th grade), which contain 12 to 15 students maximum.
