School Profile
Established in 1749, St Margaret's educates girls aged 4 to 18 years. The school is set in over 70 acres of parkland yet is less than an hour from Marble Arch and Heathrow. We provide a first class education that delivers an enviable record of success at all public examinations within a supportive, caring community that encourages lasting friendships.
The original buildings have been extended and upgraded considerably in the past decade, including a £3 million sports centre, which opened in 2002. There is a wide range of sporting and cultural activities, with language exchange visits, choir, orchestra, speech and drama, ballet, judo, the Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scheme and World Challenge expeditions. A number of scholarships and bursaries are available.
