Since its foundation in 1902 the name of St Benedict's has resonated with its distinctive blend of history, tradition and academic excellence. Its strengths and opportunities are now open to both girls and boys across all years.

Our mission, "Teaching a way of living", defines us uniquely as a Benedictine school. We respect the dignity of all and welcome pupils of other Christian denominations and, in the Senior School, other faiths. This is a new and exciting phase in the proud history of our School, one that has been facilitated by a £10 million rebuilding programme in which we fuse our heritage with state of the art facilities and technology.
