Kew College is a friendly, independent, junior school for boys and girls aged 3 to 11. Founded in 1953, it offers an excellent academic environment, and Kew College children invariably move on at eleven to their first choice of independent West London day schools. This year our Year 6 children were awarded twelve scholarships to top independent schools.
The Nursery children is a stimulating environment allowing children to grow and develop at their own pace and giving plenty of time to play, listen to stories, create and paint.
A very broad curriculum is embraced. French is taught from Year 2 and Latin from Year 3. Children enjoy a wide range of sports including football, rugby, cricket, tennis, netball, rounders, lacrosse, athletics and swimming. Popular and fun, drama and art departments encourage children to create superb original work.
A superb new building was opened in 2005 which has state-of-the-art ICT and science facilities, a studio for music and drama, a library and extra teaching rooms. Further information on Prep Schools »
