School Profile
Framlingham College was founded in memory of HRH Prince Albert in 1864. It is an independent school, offering co-educational boarding, flexi boarding and day places from 2 to 18 in a caring and purposeful environment. It enjoys a magnificent situation, looking out across the Mere to the 12th-century Castle, and is served by good road and rail links to London, Cambridge, Norwich, and all the main London airports.
Our commitment to co-education allows for the development of a natural family atmosphere in which young men and women can share friendships, and celebrate one another's individual and collective achievements. We encourage the virtues of courtesy, care and trust, and take pleasure in the good humour, vitality and refreshingly unpretentious manner of our student community.
