School Profile

Copthill is a Nursery and Independent Day School for boys and girls aged 2-11 years. The school was born in 1969 when our founder, Mrs. Anne Teesdale, an experienced educationalist, was unable to find the right school for her own children, and decided to educate them at home on Copthill Farm. Others joined as the school’s reputation grew and today we have 300 pupils, 60 members of staff, a wealth of modern facilities but the same values on which the school was founded.
