School Profile

Alexanders International School, established in 1975, is one of the SKOLA Group of Schools. The school offers a range of courses during the academic year - specifically the Foundation Course for those preparing entry into a UK Boarding School or College and English for Education. There is also a vibrant summer school programme.

The Foundation Course is for young students seeking entry to a UK Boarding School or College. The course is for one, two or three terms and students may join at any time of year. Students can be prepared for entry to all schools and colleges in the United Kingdom. As we are wholly independent we can advise on the most appropriate choice of school.

During the Foundation Course, students will be supported in their applications for their chosen school or college, or helped to find a suitable place to go on to.

Students from Alexanders have gone on to schools such as Roedean School, Merchiston Castle School, St. Clare's Oxford, Wellington College, Lancing College and Hurtwood House.

Other members of the SKOLA Group include the International Community School in London for children 3 to 17 years, English Study Tours for 11 to 17 year olds and English in London and English in Exeter for adults.
