Makai Day School offers a differentiated and comprehensive research-based curriculum consistent with state and national standards designed to challenge and engage diverse learners. In a caring and positive atmosphere, we facilitate an educational experience enhanced with opportunities for character development, leadership, cooperation, and creative problem solving. Our staff addresses students’ individual learning styles and nurtures the unique talents and gifts of every child who walks through our doors, as we endeavor to respond to the needs of each family. We strive to model and encourage feelings of self worth, personal dignity, integrity and perseverance in our students to further their success and well-being in an ever changing society.
Makai Day School is currently 4th through 6th grade but we are enrolling all grades for the 2009/2010 school year.
